Mr Nice, it has been a week now and we have no word on how things are looking for the race in 2018. Usually by now we have heard the race has sold out the first day. Do we have an update?

I was out of the country until last Friday and did not have access to registration information. Once again I can report that the SORC had a surplus of entries postmarked on the first Monday of October. So, Mr. 89 your farm is safe.

Dear Mr. Imamotorhead,
I spoke to Becky today and it will probably be a week or more before the notices will go out. Corn harvest is on now so it will be a while before the board can meet and filter through the entries. Sorry for the wait but this time of year is very busy for most of board members.

As days race by, the prospects of receiving a Green Card seem to dwindle. Will there be any notification that our entry was received and weather or not we are on a waiting list?
