Saw a notice at the top mentioning rule changes, but couldn't find a link. Is there a synopsis of new rules and/or rule changes for 2015 posted somewhere?

I think there was thread on the old forum.

This forum has been extremely slow, not much interest in the internet these days.

I have the 15 rulebook printed up, I can cross reference the last book and see if I can give a rundown of all pertinent changes.

So a person can quickly find all current updates.

lanny866: Postage machines at the post office provide a purchase date on the postage to affix to the entry and a receipt that can be included in the entry envelope that has a time stamp on it. Is this acceptable as a Postmark? Please reply as time permits. Thanks Sept 25, 2015 11:01:31 GMT -6
