The 7th Annual Punkin Chunkin Saturday will be held at Bedford Falls 1/2 mile west of Halsey, Nebraska on October 17 at 3:00 PM. Mr. Nice will be the host and will provide hot dogs, beans, and chips. Anyone who would like to bring a covered dish or dessert would be welcome to do so. We will throw the first of two projectiles around 5:00 PM. If the Husker game is on during the extravaganza it will be televised in the party barn on a 52" TV . Needless to mention Mr. Nice will not raid his retirement income to purchase beer for everyone. Here is a link from the first event in 2009 which will give a glimpse of what goes on. . Hope you can make it.
