After some discussion the SORC Board of Directors has implemented a rule to prohibit the use of external cameras during the SORC. External cameras may be used in the shoot out. There will be no exceptions made to this rule.

lanny866: Postage machines at the post office provide a purchase date on the postage to affix to the entry and a receipt that can be included in the entry envelope that has a time stamp on it. Is this acceptable as a Postmark? Please reply as time permits. Thanks Sept 25, 2015 11:01:31 GMT -6
